The Doc-Making Symposium kicks-off the 2019 Guelph Film Festival. Open to all filmmakers and filmmaking enthusiasts who want to learn more about the art of documentary filmmaking, the symposium will address three specific aspects of documentary filmmaking through a series of workshops: (1) Editing for Documentaries; (2) Working with the NFB; and (3) Doc Creation: From Concept to Distribution. The opening night screening (Conviction) starts at 7:30 pm at the Drop-In Centre, followed by the opening night party at 9:30 pm at the Red Brick Cafe.
