Come celebrate the first day of spring with some dynamic movement, cleansing breath work, mantra and meditation followed by music and deep relaxation. The first day of spring is a time of rebirth and renewal. We will use the ancient technology of kundalini yoga to shake out stagnation and move energy through the body to access a deep state of calm.

This class is accessible for all and can be done on the floor or in a chair.

This is a Pay What You Can Event; all proceeds will go to The SEED Guelph. The SEED is building a do-it-together food movement. Over 20,000 people in Guelph-Wellington can’t afford the food they need to be well. We need to build a better food system. The SEED runs programs and social enterprises that are designed to offer something to everyone in our community regardless of socioeconomic status. Check out the ways you can get involved at www.theseedguelph.ca!
