Join us Thursday, September 12 at 6:30 pm, for the launch of the Art Gallery of Guelph’s fall season featuring three exhibitions: Do You Remember Love, Some kind of we, and Robert Flack: Eternal Transcendent. Both exhibitions explore themes of identity and connection through diverse artistic practices. Do You Remember Love integrates video and traditional quillwork to examine identity and relationships, while Some kind of we uses video and print to reflect on trans relationality and solidarity. Eternal Transcendent offers a glimpse of later photo-based work by Guelph-born artist Robert Flack from AGG’s permanent collection. Curators Maria Hupfield, Jason Lujan, and Dallas Fellini will be in attendance alongside artists Cleopatria Peterson and B.G-Osborne.

Accessible parking and a limited number of free parking spots are available in the lot beside and behind the gallery with an entrance off Gordon Street, just north of College Avenue. Additional parking is available in the University of Guelph campus parking lot P23 with access from College Avenue and MacDonald Street.

Please note: Some kind of we contains videos that include depictions of nudity and physical intimacy, as well as mature language and conversations. These artworks explore themes related to trans experience and relationships.
