Community Creation Station

Art fun for everyone!
Location 358 Gordon St, Guelph ON N1G 1Y1
Price Free

Calling makers of all ages and stages! Join us at the Art Gallery of Guelph to create art projects using the simplest of materials: paper, glue, and scissors. Projects are inspired by the artwork currently on view by artist Justin Favela, who uses everyday materials to ingeniously “make something out of nothing.” His distinctive mash-ups of traditional and popular culture serve as a perfect inspiration for your creations.

Drop in Tuesday to Sunday between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM to contribute to a community mural and papel picado banners that will be displayed at the gallery. You can also make creative curiosities and magnificent masterpieces to take home.

This community art project is perfect for everyone, from beginners and families to established artists. All materials are provided; no experience necessary. Participants 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult for supervision and support. Bring your curiosity and explore your creative inspiration!
