In conversation: Insoon Ha with Sally Frater
Join us for a conversation between artist Insoon Ha and curator Sally Frater, discussing Ha’s installation Dirge, now on view at the Art Gallery of Guelph, while also reflecting on how this exhibition relates to ongoing themes in Ha’s practice. Together, they will touch on issues that are woven throughout her practice spanning over three decades. This in-person conversation also invites you to experience the way Ha’s compelling installation transforms space, making room to acknowledge the enormity of feelings of loss both personal and collective, and hear the artist speak about how Dirge creates openings for grief and mourning.
